VSN Unified Notification System

The VSNetwork notification system allows members to get notified when they are mentioned, receive a Message, Comments, Replies, Group updates, new products and more.

Members can easily manage their notifications for Email, Web, and App all from a single page.

Members can toggle on and off the option to receive web push notifications from their Account > Notification Preferences page on the website frontend.

Web Push Notifications

Upon logging into VSNetwork you should be prompted to subscribe to push notifications

Once members allow web push notifications, members can turn on or off this feature from the Notification Preference page.

Group Notification Types

• Group Details Change
• Promoted To Moderator or Admin
• You receive a new invite to join a group
• A member requests to join a group you manage
• Your request to join a group is accepted
• Your request to join a group is rejected
• Group Messages
• New meeting or webinar is scheduled in one of your groups

Discussion Forums

• New discussion in a forum you’re subscribed to
• New reply in a discussion you’re subscribed to

Marketplace

• New product added to shop
• New auction added to shop
• A new bid has been made

Member Connections

• You receive a new connection request
• Your connection request is accepted

Gamification

• Receive emails related to gamification
• Receive emails related to achievements
• Receive emails related to Quests
• Receive emails related to ranks
• Receive emails related to Levels
